All of our catered meals are
served with your choice of two side
items: Bubba's Baked Beans, Creamy
Cole Slaw, Black-Eyed Peas, Texas
Caviar, Southern Style Green Beans,
Buttered Corn, Mac & Cheese, Mashed
Potatoes & Gravy, Potato Salad, Corn
Salad, Pasta Salad or Tossed Green
Salad. Also included are Rolls,
Butter, Iced Tea, Wonderful
Chocolate Brownies and all paper
supplies.
We provide all staff for the event
and serve you and your guests for 1
1/2 hours. We can also help with
tents, chairs & tables, locations,
specialty amusements, games, beer,
ice-cream or any other needs you can
think of. |
| In addition to the above dinners
you may wish to add: Corn on the
Cob, Corn Muffins, Collard Greens,
Brunswick Stew or any other side
items for $1.00 per item. |
| Home baked desserts include:
Peach Cobbler, Double Crusted Apple
Pie and Pecan Pie - $2.50 / with Ice
Cream - $5.00 |
| Service charge for a catering is
eighteen percent (18%) or a hundred
twenty-five dollar ($125) minimum.
Gratuity for the staff is
discretionary. These fees are for
caterings within 20 miles of the
restaurant and we will travel the
globe to meet your needs. Surcharges
may apply for longer trips. |
